Responsibilities
This position will focus on the sales of specialty chemicals material into lubrication & cooling markets (Automotive, Industrial and their adjacents), or other markets these products may apply. Existing customers as the main target, Maintain existing customer relationships and communicate closely with customer's R&D team to develop new requirements.
Main responsibilities: 
  • Key products: Nature & Synthetic Esters, Fatty Acids, Polymers, Alkoxylates, Epoxides etc.
  • Main Customers: Lubrication industry, lubricant companies as main direct customers, adjacent markets (i.e. Electronics, Coolant, Battery) or non-lubricant companies as minor direct customers. Tier 1 & 2 manufacturers as indirect contacts.

Requirements
Minimum requirements:
  • More than 4~5 years of sales experience in specialty chemical materials
  • Native level Japanese & Fluent level English
  • Ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups of people
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
