Responsibilities

業務内容：

• HRBP組織では、事業成長を目的とし入社後の要員計画を軸とした生産性管理、異動配置、評価などの人事業務全般に携わります。
• 従業員と組織のパフォーマンスを向上させるため、経営者視点に立ってあらゆる面から戦略人事を実行していきます。
• 具体的には事業戦略に沿って、採用・配置・評価など必要な人事施策を策定・実行します。
• 事業部の状況に応じて柔軟に変化し、採用のすべての工程に関わります。
• 経験・志向によって、どの業務をメインに遂行するかは面接後に決定します。
• 担当する事業部において成果最大化に向けた人事施策を企画実行します。
• 要員計画策定と管理／採用／配置異動／リテイン／評価／育成／人事オペレーション／休退職対応など

Requirements

必須要件：

• 社会人経験5年以上を持ち、次のいずれかの経験がある方：
  • 業務での企画設計と実行経験3年以上
  • 人事コンサルタントの経験3年以上
  • 人事評価の経験3年以上
  • 業界職種は問いません
