Responsibilities

研究開発グループにおける人事労務担当として、施策の企画立案、運営を行います。（1）会社(経営者・マネージャ)と従業員との相互理解促進及びエンゲージメント施策（2）社会環境変化及び価値観や勤務形態の多様化に応じた働き方改革の推進（3）従業員一人ひとりのやる気と能力を引き出すための処遇制度運用（4）労働関係法令遵守のための労務管理、 労組対応（5）従業員の心の健康の保持増進施策と衛生管理

Requirements

■必須条件：

• HRに関する業務経験（目安5年程度）

※HRとして5年程度のご経験をお持ちであれば、職務詳細記載のご経験は不問です■歓迎条件：

• TOEIC(R)650点以上
• 第一種衛生管理者資格
