Responsibilities

経営視点に立ち、現場のニーズを踏まえた中途採用、オンボーディング、全社の教育研修迄の一連の流れを担当いただきます。

• 教育研修業務：社員教育制度の構築及び拡充に向けて、研修体系の整備や研修運営までをマネージャーと共にリードしていきます。
  • 研修資料作成、情報システム導入関連業務
  • 人材開発や育成施策、全社研修運用業務

• 中途採用業務
  • 部門との採用要件定義
  • 採用活動KPIの設定と測定
  • 協力会社様との関係構築
  • 面接対応、クロージング含めた採用活動
  • 入社後活躍を見据えたオンボーディング活動（中途入社初期導入研修の運用）

• エンゲージメント施策の企画・実行
• (全社レベル・部門レベルのマネジメントへのアドバイザーかつ支援者としてエンゲージメント向上を実現する為の施策企画、実行)
  • *以下は活動の一例
  • GPTW、社内サーベイを計測指標としたPDCA
  • MVV(ミッション、ビジョン、バリュー)浸透のための企画・実現：全社イベント(年2回)、全社アワード、クラブ活動など各種インターナルコミュニケーション促進施策の企画・運用など
  • 仕事に没頭して働ける労働環境の整備、維持に伴う施策検討・実行：シェアオフィス運用、BCP、衛生委員会など
