Responsibilities

• 同グループとして適切な人権対応を実施するための戦略策定・施策の実行・進捗管理
• 人権デューデリジェンス関連法等を含む、人権課題に関するグローバルな動向把握とそれらへの対応
• 人権課題に対するグループ全体の理解向上のためのコミュニケーションの推進と、取り組みに関する情報開示

※ご入社後はまず、それぞれの業務をサポートまたはリードしていただき、将来的には強みを活かせるテーマでマネジメント業務をお任せします。

Requirements

■必須条件

• サステナビリティ・CSRに関する業務経験（目安3年以上）
• 論理的かつ柔軟な思考ができ、説得力のある議論・資料作成が可能な方
• 海外拠点等とのやり取りを伴うグローバルでの業務経験
• 英語力：会議等でのファシリテートや議論が行えるレベル

• 人権デューデリジェンス、人権関連法対応等の業務経験
• プロジェクトマネジメント経験
