Responsibilities

• サステナビリティ推進のキードライバーとなる社員に対する諸施策の企画・検討・実行（プログラムの開発、教育・トレーニング実施、表彰プログラムの推進等）
• 有識者との関係構築

*ご入社後はまず、それぞれの業務をサポートまたはリードしていただき、将来的には強みを活かせるテーマでマネジメント業務をお任せします。

Requirements

■必須要件

• 海外部門や海外事業体と連携したプロジェクトを企画・実行した経験
• サステナビリティ領域での業務経験
• 英語力：会議等でのファシリテートや議論が行えるレベル（目安：TOEIC 800/CEFR B2）

■歓迎要件

• 研修や教育プログラム等の企画実行、ファシリテーション経験
• プロジェクトマネジメント経験
