Responsibilities

自動車業界向けデジタルエンジニアリングのケーパビリティを理解し、日本のOEM, Tier1サプライヤー向けにファシリテートし、デジタルエンジニアリング案件の管理手法を確立いただきます。また、自動車業界向けデジタルエンジニアリング人財チームの立上げの推進をお任せします。アーキテクト・プロジェクトマネージャ・ストラテジスト・デザイナーの4つのロールが存在し、プロジェクトマネージャはそれぞれのロールと連携しながら、複数プロジェクトに責任を持ち、プロジェクト推進を取り纏めることを期待します。

Requirements

■必須条件：

• プロジェクトマネージャーや開発リードとしてリーダーシップを発揮した経験を5年以上お持ちの方
• プロジェクトを開始から完了まで指導した経験をお持ちの方
• 自動車分野における知見をお持ちの方
• 予算管理、収益性、チーム管理、ステークホルダ管理などの経験をお持ちの方
• 日本語と英語によるコミュニケーション能力をお持ちの方（TOEIC（R）テスト目安：700点程度）
