Responsibilities

＜ミッション＞当該事業部の事業戦略を理解し、それにアラインした人事施策を企画・実行することを通じて事業成長に貢献していきます。＜期待する役割・責任＞担当者として与えられた業務を自主的に遂行でき、他部門との調整や折衝にも取り組んでいただきたいと考えています。適宜、幹部をはじめとした職場キーマン及び人財部門の他メンバーと連携しますが、現存する問題点や課題の解決に向けて一人称で取り組み、社内のみならず社外動向も踏まえた自らの考えを積極的に発信できるマインドや姿勢も期待しています。

Requirements

■必須条件：

• 人事部門での業務の企画立案・運用経験（目安：3～5年）
• ベーシックなPCスキル（Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams）

※出身企業の規模・業種は不問■歓迎条件：

• 英語力：TOEIC（R）テスト650点程度(目安)
• 論理的思考力
• HRトレンドへの興味/関心が高い
