Responsibilities

■業務概要：

• サポートGの部門担当者として、知識とコミュニケーション能力を活かしながら、部門と交渉し企画を導入するとともに、部門からのインシデント報告に対処する
• 各リスクに定めるKPIの達成のために業務を推進する

■業務内容：①内部通報窓口

• コンプライアンスリスクを調査、特定し、コンプライアンスポリシー、予防措置、内部統制プロセスを策定する
• グループ関係者が法令やコンプライアンスポリシーに則って活動しているかを調査、管理する
• 従業員に対するコンプライアンス教育プログラムを開発、実施する
• 法令・コンプライアンス違反が発覚した場合は、適切なプロセスを経て処理する

Requirements

■必須条件：

• コミュニケーション能力
• 日本語、英語（読み書きレベル）

■歓迎条件：

• 内部通報/相談受付窓口対応の経験
• 内部通報/相談受付窓口対応の基本的な知識
