Responsibilities

■配属部署について：

• グループの財務経理機能のうち（1）内部統制を含む会計ガバナンスの構築、及び（2）経理DXを含む会計システム及びプロセスの構築を担当しています。
• グループ全体の財務経理プロセスのDXやガバナンス構築についてビジョンを提示し、将来の財務会計組織を作り上げていくことが重要なミッションです。

■業務内容：
下記いずれかの業務領域（または複数領域）での中心的な役割

◇会計ガバナンス構築

国内外子会社及び各事業における会計ガバナンス構築のリード。データ分析を利用した不正検知プロセスの構築

 

◇会計システム&プロセス

財務経理DX全般の戦略立案と実施。部署横断でのより有効な会計データ活用の実現。会計システムの子会社への導入

 

Requirements

■必須条件：

• 事業会社またはコンサルティングファーム等で、3年以上の経理関連業務経験のある方
• 会計プロフェッショナルとしての成長意欲のある方
• 自ら考え積極的に業務を推進出来る方

■歓迎条件：

• 事業会社またはコンサルティングファーム等で、より深い経理関連業務経験のある方
• 組織やプロジェクトをリードした経験のある方
• 財務会計、内部統制、会計システム等の分野での専門知識のある方
