Responsibilities

• 生産工程を立案、設定し、必要な各種設備、治工具類、マニュアル類の整備
• 生産現場の改善、各種トラブルシュート
• 設備や治工具に関する予算管理業務

Requirements

必須条件：

• 新しいことや難しい技術課題に積極的、主体的に取り組めること。
• 同僚、現場作業者、関連部門、客先等の様々な相手と積極的にコミュニケーションできる能力があること。
• 各種文章作成や資料作成を苦にしない方であること。

歓迎条件：

• 機械系(機械加工、溶接等)、材料系、電気系に関する工学知識
• 製造業勤務経験や生産技術業務の知識、経験
• 大型設備検討＆導入の知識、経験
• 高専レベル程度の英語力
