Responsibilities

同社では、海外駐在員に関するモビリティ業務全般を担当していただくスタッフを募集しています。グローバルに活躍する社員を支える重要なポジションです。具体的な業務内容は以下の通りです。■具体的には：

• 海外給与や税務処理：海外駐在員の給与計算や税務申告業務をサポートし、正確かつ効率的な処理を行います。
• ビザ取得・赴任帰任手続き：渡航準備や帰任時のサポートを行い、駐在員がスムーズに業務を開始できるよう支援します。
• 海外医療保険の管理：必要な保険手配や駐在中の健康管理支援を実施します。
• 駐在に関わる課題解決：駐在員や関連部署が直面する課題に対して、主体的に提案し、迅速に対応します。
• 派遣社員や業務委託先担当者のリード：外部スタッフや委託業者への業務指示を通じて、プロジェクト全体の進行管理を行います。

Requirements

必須条件:

• HRにおけるモビリティ経験3～5年程度（ビザ取得、駐在員の給与・税務処理等含む）
• 日常会話程度の英語力（読み書きが発生）

歓迎条件:

• ビジネスレベルの英語力
