Responsibilities
Main responsibilities:
  • Support of monthly payroll operation and benefit related task while ensuring procedures are adhered to legal requirements and company regulations.
  • Lead the delivert of daily HR operations, ensuring operational accuracy, efficiency, and effectiveness
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze compensation data
  • Lead and support upcoming C&B/ HRIS projects (both local and global)
  • Develop and update compensation and benefits policies and guidelines
  • Ensure compliance with local laws by staying updated on legislative changes
  • Oversee the annual compensation review process, including salary review, bonus calculation, and other benefit programs
  • Partner with vendors to ensure best practices and compliance
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management
  • Continuously work to improve and digitalize C&B infrastructure and process
  • Responding to inquiry from employee and other function on daily basis
  • Manager administrative job in related to C&B and HRIS
Requirements
Minimum requirements:
  • Minimum of 5-6 years practicial experience in C&B role
  • Solid working experience in a leading company
  • Ability to manage multi task
  • Good communication skills: Business-level Japanese language proficiency (including reading and writing) and fluent English skill
  • Strong and constructive leadership skill
  • Work autonomously and demonstrate a positive enthusiastic attitude
  • Highly professional with established relationship building skills
  • Computer literate (Exce, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work openly, flexibly, and adaptable
  • University degree
