Responsibilities

You will be responsible for planning and executing the digital marketing strategy for the business. You will leverage various digital channels, including social media, email marketing, SEO/SEM, content marketing, and digital advertising, to increase online engagement, lead generation, and brand awareness. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to contribute to achieving the department’s overall marketing goals. Main responsibilities:

• Digital marketing strategy development and execution
• Increasing brand awareness through digital platforms (social media, website, email campaigns, online advertising, etc.)
• Increasing website traffic through SEO/SEM optimization
• Measuring and reporting on campaign performance using analytics tools
• Project management in collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Understanding and implementing the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing

Requirements

Minimum requirements:

• 3+ years marketing experience in the medical industry (experience in the medical device industry OR B2C marketing)
• In-depth knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing
• Google Experience using analytics and other digital marketing tools
• Data-based decision-making and problem-solving skills
• Language skills: English (English reading comprehension, email and chat-based communication for inquiries to overseas personnel, not necessarily advanced English, but communication to advance work)
• Excellent communication skills and project management skills
• Not afraid of change, always interested in new things, and ambitious to explore and acquire knowledge
• A sense of responsibility to steadily and accurately complete mundane tasks by the deadline
• Enthusiasm to contribute to the organization/team = team player
