Responsibilities
Main responsibilities:
  • Adjust, develop and implement the global marketing strategy (plan, goals, budget and tactics) for Japan and key Asian markets
  • Take into account the customers' needs and the market trends, while coordinating and aligning with other Marketing & Communication Areas / Departments across the Company (e.g. Product and Merchandising).
  • Ensure consistency of messages in all the points of contact with the brand and the consumer, the brand and its partners
  • generate brand awareness, increase sales and achieve business goals


Details on Brand management: Adjust and implement the global marketing strategy to the category under his/her responsibility, by defining the marketing plan (schedule, resources, messages, etc.), the goals to achieve, the budget or the appropriate tactics to employ in order to ensure the development of the market and the Company growth in a sustained and profitable manner.                                                                                           Details on coordination with other areas/departments:     Coordinate the deployment of marketing initiatives for the category under his/her responsibility with other Marketing & Communication Areas (such as Content, Social and Digital Media, Brand Activation, Partnerships, Trade Marketing, etc.) and Departments across the Company (Product, Channels, etc.). Supervise their performance and work in a collaborative and aligned way to ensure the proper implementation of the marketing campaigns, message alignment and brand consistency. Coordinate the teams involved in the marketing campaigns (e.g.: creative teams, such as Product Content and Brand activation), assigning responsibilities as appropriate and providing guidance as required, to ensure timely delivery of marketing campaigns, guarantee image and message consistency and compliance with the brand guidelines and quality standards."                                   

Details on analytics and insights:
Analyze consumers' behaviors and insights, market trends and competitors in order to understand consumers' needs and perform a proper segmentation, designing customized marketing initiatives and actions for different population segments, in order to increase brand awareness and achieve business goals.  
Requirements
Minimum requirements: 
  • Super strong digital skills, social media knowledge on both strategy, content and analytics
  • High level of communication
  • Experience in Retail / Digital or Fashion
  • Instore marketing activations, event production, traffic, and conversion plans
  • Influencer management, strategy, and relationship-building
  • PR and press relations abilities
  • Focus on Japan but ability to manage all key areas / markets managed indirectly via partnerships
  • Competencies: Strategic vision / Teamwork / Result orientation / Organisation & Planning / Decision making / Client orientation / Creativity and innovation / Work under pressure
  • University degree or adequate education preferable in Marketing or Business
  • 5+ years of experiences in Marketing and 3+ years engagement in Branding focused tasks, preferably in apparel industries
  • Comfortable level of English

Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience in Digital Marketing
  • High level of Spanish
