Responsibilities
Main responsibilities:
  • Be a part of newly established partner and channel sales function in region. Initial focus territory may be a sub-set of Asia Pacific / EMEA / Americas regions.
  • Deliver or exceed overlay targets on partner opportunities in collaboration with global and regional solution architecture teams, direct sellers and regional leadership on new logos, hybrid accounts and existing accounts.
  • Own all aspects of pre-sales, solutioning, solution consulting and enterprise architecture across multiple key partner platforms. Our clients typically ask to design, build and run across multiple partners such as Hyperscalers (e.g. AWS), CcaaS (e.g. Genesys), CRM (e.g. Salesforce), RPA (e.g. Automation Anywhere) and multiple AI platforms including our own proprietary in house products.
  • Own all aspects of solutioning and architecting for commercial outcomes for customers using key partner platforms (e.g. Implementing Salesforce modules to business objectives, optimising and extracting value from existing Salesforce implementations, re-architecting to join up CcaaS, AI, CRM and ERP implementations).
  • Define and develop enterprise architecture for clients using key partner platforms to generate business value.
  • Interpret and transform client business strategy and process into tactical plans, maps technology to application solutions, and ensures the technical solutions are in alignment with the business and IT strategies. Produce design artefacts that express and justify the architected solution using key partner platforms.
  • Ensure partners support end customers success, outcomes & value realization to secure renewal & expansion.
  • Engage with ease with senior end client and partner leaders in developing, closing and nurturing relationships and deals. We win only when our clients win.
Requirements
Minimum requirements:
  • 10+ years of enterprise architecture for enterprise class clients (Sector leaders, G2000, Index/listed companies) with technology services leaders or enterprise class, complex architecture companies.
  • Proven track record of consulting led technology pre-sales, solutioning and enterprise architecture, developing winning solutions in collaboration with end clients and key global partners or developing and executing complex, multi-application and platform enterprise architecture at leading companies.
  • Proven track record of architecting complex, multi-application stacks to demanding commercial goals and timelines.
  • Proven track record of architecting to maximise commercial value – increasing speed to market, reducing cost to serve, optimising multi-application architecture for value, applications rationalization for profitability etc.
  • Commercially astute, agile and able to craft mutually winning solutions for clients, partners and us.
  • Must have experience creating project solution blueprints, technical specifications, and high-level design documents.
  • In-depth experience with designing highly scalable cross-platform database solutions with comprehensive understanding of both Operational and Analytical Data Architecture, Security, Performance, Scalability, and Reliability for enterprise systems.
  • Self-motivated and driven with the ability to proactively develop and execute GTM plans.
  • Knowledge and track record of enterprise architecture covering atleast two of 3 categories of partners - Hyperscalers (Amazon, Microsoft, Google), CcaaS (Amazon Connect, Genesys, NICE) and Platforms (Salesforce, SAP, Adobe).
  • Salesforce and SAP experience a major plus.
  • Experience of AI, Data and RPA platforms a distinct advantage – Databricks, Automation Anywhere, Kore.ai etc.
  • Experience and track record of technical evangelism, public speaking a plus.
  • Local language capabilities a distinct advantage – Japanese / Mandarin / Korean / French / Spanish / German / Italian as appropriate
