- Responsibilities

The role will be based in Japan and reporting to the Director of E-commerce, of company, Japan. The Manager will closely partner with the Director of E-commerce, of company Japan. Will be expected to lead the development, management, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns for all online channels at atmos Japan. Main responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and engagement.
- Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including search engine marketing (SEM), search engine optimization (SEO), social media, email marketing, and display advertising.
- Conduct market research and analyze customer insights to identify target audiences, refine messaging, and optimize campaign performance.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts and make data-driven decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling digital content, including web copy, blog posts, social media updates, and email newsletters.
- Utilize marketing automation and customer relationship management (CRM) platforms to segment audiences, personalize messaging, and automate campaign workflows.
- Stay updated with emerging trends and best practices in digital marketing, and recommend innovative strategies to drive continuous improvement.
- Conduct competitive analysis to identify opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Manage relationships with external digital agencies, vendors, and partners as needed.
- Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders, summarizing campaign performance, trends, and recommendations.
- Requirements

Minimum requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in eCommerce business and 2-3 years of experiences in Digital Marketing
- Experience working with digital platforms such as search (SEO/SEM) strategy, video, display, social media both in terms of execution and optimization
- Experience in ad targeting methodologies across digital platforms
- Experience creating presentation material and communicating with internal / external stakeholders
- Strong project management skills (organization, schedule management)
- Understanding of Business goals and marketing objectives as well as relevant KPI
- Current or past experience with consumer companies, or at digital agencies / digital platformers with a proven track record in the digital marketing sector
- Strategic, Integrated and Analytical Thinking
- Fluent in Japanese and communication level in English is highly preferred
