- Responsibilities

The key objectives of this role are to lead and shape the marketing activities with our strategic partners (merchants).
Main responsibilities:- Identify key business challenges, goals and opportunities of our partners and develop marketing strategies based on that - working with cross functional departments, including Business Development/Sales,
- Consumer/Brand-Marketing as well as Product and UX
- Achieve business objectives through the comarketing actions with partners.
- Execute those co-marketing activities in collaboration with partner merchants and internal resources against business KPI's
- Foster long-term relationships for sustainable growth
- As a stakeholder, work with product development teams (UX, Technical Product Managers, Engineers etc.) to shape the overall product and customer experience for better business outcomes for the partner and us
- Requirements

Minimum requirements:
- ~10 years of experience including track record of managing partnerships, developing and executing marketing strategies and initiatives online and offline
- Leading cross functional teams internally and externally to define and execute innovative ideas
- With a solution-oriented mindset, you'll see problems as opportunities to find creative solutions that make things better.
- Great communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to develop rapport and translate established partner relationships to programs that impact the business
- Solid understanding of both of business and customers to proactively explore win-win business/marketing opportunities
