Responsibilities

■業務内容：海外直営店舗出店やFC店立ち上げの際の、VISA対応や各種手配、給与社保関連業務などをお任せいたします。現地の法令や制度などを考慮しながらも、ゼロベースで検討していくフェーズもございます。

■業務詳細：

• 海外赴任者のVISA対応、給与社保関連対応
• 海外出張者のVISA対応、航空券などの手配対応
• 現地社員、スタッフの管理
• 各海外子会社の人事給与制度の立案、策定

※北米、ヨーロッパ、中国エリアでの展開を進めております。

Requirements

■必須条件：

• 海外子会社や法人の海外人事業務経験をお持ちの方

■歓迎条件：

• 海外事業、海外子会社の立ち上げに携わったことのある方
