Responsibilities
Main responsibilities:
  • Develop, implement, and measure marketing initiatives and promotions directed to the veterinarians and the farms that support the immediate and long-term growth of the portfolio.
  • Keep the marketing strategy under review and update action plans on timely basis. 
  • Analyze data to evaluate the success of marketing efforts and come up with new ideas for improvements.
  • Manage the launch of new products and features as well as product revitalization, coordinating across departments to ensure a cohesive and impactful go-to-market strategy.
  • Monitor and gather key customer insights, competitive activities, and market insights to incorporate into effective marketing strategies.
  • Actively work with multiple internal stakeholders (Commercial Team, Technical Services, Regulatory, Legal, Finance, Pricing, Learning & Development, Logistics, etc.) and Professional Creative agencies to drive strong market growth.
  • Participate in financial planning and product forecasting.
  • Enable the sales team with tools to communicate product value. 
  • Create training programs for internal and external use.

Requirements
Minimum requirements:
  • Proficient in science-based marketing and the marketing process.
  • Proven ability to develop and deliver best-in-class marketing plans and programs to address a competitive market.
  • Demonstrated experience in influencing a sales team from a marketing role in a strategic business initiative.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills along with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross functional teams.
    • Japanese : Native level fluency
    • English: Intermediate – Advanced Business level
  • Financial analysis skills and proven ability to manage budgets and expenses.
  • Strong business acumen, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability in handling and effectively prioritizing multiple projects while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Ability to think creatively and innovatively.
  • Self-motivated yet customer focused.
  • Adaptable, with a willingness to learn.
  • Highly responsive and results oriented.
  • Ability to travel to internal and external meetings, and customer interactions.
