Responsibilities
■職務内容【変更の範囲:なし】海外子会社(USA、UK)の人事労務業務全般を幅広くお任せします(海外子会社現地の人事制度構築~運用や労務課題の解決等)。人事労務の専門知識をいかし、現地責任者/メンバーと密にコミュニケーションを取りながら、経営戦略にひもづく人材戦略の策定~実行や各種課題等を解決していただきます。海外子会社各国の考え方や文化を理解・尊重した対等な立場で議論を交わすため、母語レベルの英語力が必要です。必要に応じて、USA、UKへの出張が発生します。※日本国内で勤務し、海外とやりとりをして頂きますので現地駐在は想定していません。
