Responsibilities

• 会社のプロジェクトにおいて、CC領域（コールセンター・お客さま・プロデューサー対応）、PA領域（保険料収納、保全手続き、各種お客さま宛案内）に必要なシステム・プロセス構築をシステム開発部門や関係各部署とともに行い、計画からシステムリリースまでスピード感と責任をもって実行していきます。
• プロジェクトの立ち上げ（施策立案／実現可否／課題確認、予算取得）
• 開発推進（要件のとりまとめ、要件定義・改善・問題解決含む）
• 開発部門への要件連携、検証、対応プロセスの構築、本番リリース・障害対応など
• 導入済のシステムやアプリケーションに対して、使いやすさ・不備率・利用率向上など改善施策を考えて提案・導入・検証の改善サイクルを通じてサービスの導入を進めます。

Requirements

必須条件：

• 生命保険全般に関する基礎知識
• 生命保険の保全・保険金もしくはコールセンターの経験（または知識）
• Excel スキル（簡単な表計算ができるレベル）

歓迎条件：

• 以下のいずれかの経験のある方。
• オペレーション部門での事務経験および改善活動の経験
• プロジェクトマネジメントの知識・経験（アジャイル／Waterfall）
