Responsibilities

• カテゴリーごとに担当バイヤーがついており、仕入販売商品の選定や売上利益の数値管理はもちろん、自社の市場・顧客分析などを行い、担当カテゴリーの商品と楽天ユーザーのマッチングを実施することで、売上の最大化を目指します。
• 主なクライアントである大手のナショナルメーカー様と一緒に、EC市場を開拓すべく、オリジナル商品の立案や独自の販促施策の企画などを社内の関係部署を巻き込みながら協働して行いますので、高いコミュニケーション力をベースにした分析力、交渉力、実行力が身に着けられます。

Requirements

必須条件：

• 社会人経験２年以上の方
• 社内外の方との折衝能力、コミュニケーションスキル
• 前職の業界業種は問いません

歓迎条件：

• 小売経験者、メーカー経験者、卸経験者
