Responsibilities

新会社の経理としての立上げメンバーとなって業務を行っていただきます。連結経営管理及び事業部のビジネスパートナーとして事業の成長に寄与する役割をお任せいたします。 業務内容：

• 事業計画の策定
• 全社及び各事業部の業績見通し、業績管理の総括
• Finance Planning and Analysis(月次、四半期、年次決算の報告と予実管理)
• 月次経営会議への分析・レポーティング
• 当社HDへのレポートティング（月次/四半期/年次）
• M&A等の財務デューデリジェンス
• 経営層からの依頼資料作成支援
• 事業性評価及び事業部門への経営管理支援
• 新規ビジネスの採算性分析
• 各部門の戦略/施策の予算獲得支援及び投資対効果の見届け

Requirements

必須要件：

• ３年以上の管理会計分野における業務経験
• 他部署とのコミュニケーションを円滑に粘り強く行うことが出来る方
• 幅広い業務に積極的にチャレンジできる方
• 変革するビジネス環境の中積極的に変化を捉え、前向きに業務を取り組める方

歓迎要件：

• 会計資格（日商簿記、税理士試験科目合格)
• 事業立ち上げや新規サービスの事業成長に携わり、一定の成果を出した経験
• チームマネジメント経験
• プロジェクトマネジメントスキル
