Responsibilities

• 経理部計画グループ(コーポレート経理部)でCFO等経営層をサポートする業務を担当いただきます。
• 全社事業経営方針立案、予算立案・執行管理、事業状況の分析・報告、投資判断等に係る業務を担当いただきます。
• 定常的に経営層や事業部門のFP&Aと綿密なコミュニケーションをとりながら、プレイングマネージャーとしての活躍を期待しています。

Requirements

• 事業会社での経理業務（財務会計・管理会計）の経験（5年以上）、またはFP&A部門での業績管理の経験(5年以上）。
• 同社の事業に強い関心があること、一定の会計・ファイナンスの知識があること、客観的な判断ができること、コミュニケーション能力に優れていること、オーナーシップを持って業務を遂行できること、MS EXCEL、WORD、POWERPOINTをビジネスレベルで使用できること
• TOEIC650点レベル英語力。
• 管理会計・事業業績管理の業務経験を重視しますが、経理以外での事業企画等の業務経験でも構いません。

WANT

• MBA、会計以外の経営戦略等のフレームワーク、プロセス・モデル、プロジェクトマネジメント等の知識・業務経験。
• 会計基幹システム、SCM等の事業オペレーションに関わるITシステムの知識。
