Company overview

We are a Japan-based startup engaged in the space-related business. Our main business is providing solutions utilizing small satellite technology, and we also have a wide range of operations including satellite design, manufacturing, launch, and operation. By deploying satellite solutions necessary for conducting business in space, we aim to build new social infrastructure and ecosystems. We are an extremely unique organization globally in the sense that we can seamlessly handle everything from satellite development to launch and data utilization in-house.

Responsibilities

• 次世代小型衛星コンステレーションのプロジェクトマネジメント プロジェクトの立ち上げ
• スケジュール管理・予算管理・課題認識と対策
• チームマネージメント
• 衛星プロジェクトを成功に導く為にパートナー企業・共同研究実施機関・外部有識者等との連携の推進
• 衛星プロジェクトの社会実装・事業化を見据えた知財戦略・標準化活動など積極的な外部発信、プレゼンスの向上活動

Requirements

• 多機能製品（自動車・医療機器等）のエンジニアリングプロジェクトに携わった経験
• ダイナミックで自発的な環境において、最小限の監督で業務を遂行できる能力
• 研究開発系プロジェクトに携わった経験
• マネジメント経験

歓迎要件:

• 宇宙工学、宇宙機・人工衛星、衛星運用等に関する知識
• 衛星搭載コンポーネント開発プロジェクト、衛星開発プロジェクト、衛星運用プロジェクト等の経験
• PMP等のプロジェクトマネージメント資格
• 光通信・RF通信に関する知識・経験
