Responsibilities
  • Sells technical products, services, installations, and configurations to assigned customer for specific technical product and/or application of product.
  • Provides technical interface between customer and company engineering, manufacturing and program management representatives.
  • Researches customer technical specifications and requirements with current or potential technical specifications of company products.
  • Prepares and conducts technical sales briefings for customer and company representatives.
  • Develops potential technical specifications, pricing considerations and contract requirements.
  • Prepares sales forecasts.
  • Investigates new applications or improvements to products with customers.
  • "Understand and articulate their full line of business offers, capabilities, benefits, competitive advantage, and identify opportunities within each of these areas for sales.
  • Cultivate and maintain long term relationships
  • Support commercial, technical, and data sales proposals
  • Develop communication and market concepts, material and toolboxes for product launches, customer outreach, etc.
  • Support sales plans to achieve money, quarterly, and annual sales targets
  • Build a robust pipeline and manage each phase of the sales process
  • Manage and control pricing and contractual issues
Requirements
  • 5 years’ experience in Business Development, Sales or related domains
  • A successfully completed commercial or technical degree
  • Experience in the Engineering/Advertising/Automobile/Energy/Shosya industry,
  • Experienced handling of MS Office applications, especially Excel and PPT
  • Independent, structured and result-oriented way of working
  • Open-minded and committed personality with a passion for teamwork"
  • Open to business travels (including both domestic and international)
  • Business level verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Japanese native

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Having experienced in selling engineering products.
