Our Japanese team supports various business units, including sales, logistics, and technical issues. We have established a global presence as a supplier of hydraulic hoses, industrial hoses, coolant hoses, and drive belts. We provide just-in-time logistics to deliver products to our customers on time.
- Responsibilities

Main responsibilities:
- Define, develop, and execute acquisition strategy and achieve agreed order intake targets for assigned customer(s) and assigned segment.
- Execute all sales activities to achieve/improve target margins of existing business.
- Execute all tasks within sales process from G10-G110: (Pre-acquisition, Negotiation Phase, Order Intake, Project Development Phases, Spare Part Sales)
- Leads price, claim or contract negotiations from and towards customers
- Maintain business partner relationship
- Execution and handling of customer related external and internal reporting tools
- Organize/attend technical exhibition e.g. Tech Day and promote company products
