Responsibilities

• 同社製品の販売拡大のコア戦略であるパートナー開拓を推進するプロジェクトのグローバルリーダー
• プロジェクト計画立案、立ち上げ、計画実行、進捗管理、国内／海外拠点のプロジェクトメンバーを統括（グローバル会議のファシリテーション含む）等、プロジェクト全体の推進をリードし、コミュニケーションを行い各拠点で進めるパートナー開拓のサポート
• プロジェクトを進めるために、上位者や関連者／部門へのプレゼンテーションやプロジェクトの進捗状況の報告、情報共有、連携、調整

Requirements

必須条件：

• 海外とのビジネス取引、海外とのリモートコミュニケーションによる業務経験 
• 海外メンバーがいるプロジェクトのリーダー経験（3年以上） 
• 多様な価値観を持った他部署や海外との交渉調整の経験  

歓迎条件：

•  販売提携、M&A、OEMに関係した業務経験
