Responsibilities

• 水素・アンモニア燃焼用のバーナ及び炉の開発（制御技術構築含む）
• 炉の排ガス由来のCO2回収・利用技術の探索、技術構築及び社内実証（熱マネージメント含）
• 電気炉の革新省エネ技術の探索及び社内実証
• 社内向け焼成炉の設備投資の実行 ・各事業部の要望（仕様）に合った焼成設備の基本・詳細設計 ・製作、工事の管理・取り纏め ・試運転調整および事業部への引渡し
• 同社窯技術の蓄積/伝承および技術情報の整理 

Requirements

• 機械設計、設備設計、プラント設計、計装制御設計のいずれかの経験がある方 
• 過去にとらわれず、常に変革を意識してチャレンジできる人、ものづくりのプロセスに興味を持って取り組める人を求めています。
• 将来的にはプロジェクトを推進していこうという気概を持つ方を歓迎します。

歓迎経験:

• 機械または炉・乾燥機等に関する設計、または計装制御設計経験者

以下の経験がある方は尚可:

• 熱収支計算、熱シミュレーション
• 加熱／乾燥装置設計(バーナー、ヒーター等)
• 断熱材熱計算および設計
• 化学プラント設計
• 熱、流体機器を用いた設備の設計
• 機械設備設計
• 計装制御設計
• 試運転経験
