Company overview: We are a company engaged in the design and manufacturing of plastic components and semiconductor-related containers. Our proprietary products include semiconductor containers and polishing carriers, which utilize high-performance materials and precision molding technology. Additionally, we offer products such as breakers, electricity meters, and automotive fuel pumps. Our products are characterized by the use of thermosetting plastics, providing stability and aesthetic appeal. Moreover, we are capable of catering to various needs, including automotive and medical equipment-related molding components.
Responsibilities: ■業務内容：
同社が製造する半導体ウエハーの保管搬送用容器や研磨キャリアの国内外顧客への拡販に関する業務をお任せいたします。
販売先は国内・海外となり、海外既存顧客へのフォロー・新規開拓も担当頂く予定です。
コロナ禍はオンラインでのやり取りが主でしたが、今後状況に応じて海外出張（北米がメイン・ヨーロッパ、中国の一部も担当頂きます）も年数回程度で発生します。

■組織構成・入社後について：
現在、配属先には事業所長のみとなります。オンラインで本社からのフォローや、会社負担で社外研修や講座を受けて頂き、まずは業界や職種について勉強して頂きます。研修期間はご経験によって異なりますが1～2ヶ月から長くて半年程度を予定しており、研修期間後は所長様から引継ぎを受けて頂き業務をご担当頂きます。

■リモートワークについて：
基本的にリモートでの勤務となりますが、顧客に訪問の際にサンプルや商材、書類作成などでお近くの拠点に出社いただくことがございます。
Requirements: ■必須条件：下記全てに該当される方
営業経験をお持ちの方
ビジネスレベルの英語力※英語で海外顧客との業務対応ができる方（読み書き、会話）

■歓迎条件：
半導体製造メーカー、装置メーカー、部材メーカーでの勤務経験
