Responsibilities
  • Manage customer satisfication of QCDDM for entire business
  • Interfaces with customer up to management level
  • Lead, plan and executes customer events with close coordination with internal stake holders
  • Develop relationship with direct counterparts at the customer, and with the assigned contacts by the sales network
  • Understand what competition is doing, and shares with internal cross funcitonal members for development or adjustment of customer strategies
Requirements
Experience: 
  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience with successful track record with different commercial assignments in the automotive industry 
  • Established personal relationship with any Japanes OEMs within the relevant electronics markets is highly preferred 
  • Knowledge and/or experience in solution and/or value added sales in Automotive Cockpit Electronics related products or components (IVI, IVE), ADAS, or Display System(s) 

Skills and competencies: 
  • Native or near native Japanese and fluent in English 
  • Automotive Business Model, Industry, and Product knowledge 
  • Strong competencies in relationship management and negotiation 
  • Comfortable with financials 
  • Good communication and presentation skills, and capacity of empathy 
  • Business and entrepreneur international mindset 
  • Proactive, accountable and results oriented – Get the things done 
  • Team player and ability to work in a cross functional organization 
  • Ability to cope with frequent domestic business trips 
  • Driver’s license
