Responsibilities

電子線検査装置に搭載する電子光学検査用半導体デバイス（チップ）に関する下記の業務を担当していただきます。

• チップ構造コンセプト設計
• チップCAD設計（外注先の状況確認）
• チップ製造プロセスフロー作成（外注先の状況確認）
• チップ製造（外注先の状況確認）
• チップ検査・分析・選別
• チップ組立（外注先の状況確認）
• 組立品の検査・分析

Requirements

• 半導体デバイスの解析、評価経験がある方。

歓迎条件：

• 半導体プロセスの知識がある方。
• 半導体デバイスの設計・製造経験がある方。
• 英語での技術的なコミュニケーションができる方。
