Responsibilities

• 同社検査装置（電子線検査装置、電子線マスク検査装置、DUVマスク検査装置）の検査ソフトウエア開発・設計業務
  • 検査前処理：位置合わせ、補正パラメータ抽出
  • 検査後処理：欠陥判定、欠陥分類、検査結果生成
• 電子線検査画像の画像処理、及びソフトウェアベースでシミュレーター上の欠陥検出アルゴリズム開発業務
  • 欠陥検出アルゴリズム
  • 基準画像生成アルゴリズム

Requirements

• 音声、画像、データ等の解析に関わるアルゴリズム開発の経験がある方。

歓迎条件：

• Ｌｉｎｕｘ環境でC/C++を含む言語を使用したソフトウェア開発の経験がある方。
• 機器制御を伴うソフトウェアの開発経験がある方。
• 画像解析や数値解析のアルゴリズム開発の経験がある方。
• 組み込み系のファームウェアの開発経験がある方。
• 英語での技術的なコミュニケーションができる方。
