Responsibilities

Japan/ASEANリージョンを管轄するEngineering部門において、以下業務を管理、実行します。

• AUT業界向けクライアント向けコネクタ製品の先行開発、新規開発、仕様変更等の事業戦略、事業企画
• 同部門のFinanceデータの分析、集計（予算策定、予算管理、コスト管理、フォーキャスト分析、収益性等管理会計関連業務）
• 開発進捗、状況分析、改善案の提示
• Mgmt向け経営指標データの分析、集計、管理
• Mgmt向け状況分析、報告、改善戦略の提示

Requirements

必須条件:

• PCスキル（Microsoft Office〔Excel、Word、Power Point）
• 日本語ビジネスレベル（ビジネス対話および資料作成が可能なこと）
• 英語ビジネスレベル（目安TOEIC(R)700点以上、または同等程度の能力）
• 製造業において事業戦略、事業企画、経営企画、企画開発、社長室等での経験
• 進捗管理、データ分析・集計、Mgmt向け資料作成、提案
• 財務、管理会計等のFinanceの知見
• Excel上級
