Responsibilities

海外ライセンシーに、同社のアニメ作品を販売する営業職を募集します。特にアジアセールス・サポートポジションを想定。社外では、海外ライセンシーとのMTG・諸条件の交渉、必要となる資料作成やデータ検証等。社内では、アニメプロデューサーや宣伝マンと連携し、営業戦略や作品評価のフィードバック、各種調整等。より事業を拡大するために能動的に動いて頂く業務になります。

Requirements

必須条件:

• アニメやゲームといったACGコンテンツにおいて、海外ライツ営業の実務経験がある方
• 社会人経験3年以上
• ビジネスレベルの英語力・中国語力

歓迎条件:

• ライセンス営業に関する豊富な知見と経験があり、窓口権やMD権の調整など難度の高い交渉を着地させる実務能力がある方
• 変化し続ける市況を捉える努力を怠らず、謙虚に、能動的に動ける方
• 海外アニメビジネスの知識が前提にあり、多方面との調整ができる方
