- X線分析装置におけるメーカである同社にて、以下業務をご担当いただきます。グローバルラボの薄膜分析統括責任者として、営業、技術支援、マーケティングなど幅広い業務をお任せ致します。本ポジションの採用にあたり、新規グループの増設を予定しており、グループマネージャーをお任せする予定です。業務詳細:
業務進行管理：KPI達成に向けて業務進捗を監督し、効率的に進める。
メンバー育成：アプリケーションサイエンティストの教育・育成を行い、スキル向上を促進
顧客対応：技術的なやり取りを行い、装置のデモや性能説明を通じて提案を行う。
マーケティング活動：ウェビナー、アプリノート作成、学会・展示会での発表、ブース出展を通じて認知度向上に努める。
部門間連携：営業、サービス、設計開発部門との連携を促進し、進捗状況や顧客対応の報告を行う。製品開発にも協力。
トレンド把握と提案：X線回折法及び装置のニーズとトレンドを把握し、次世代システムの仕様を提案。顧客訪問を通じて拡販を行う。
