お客様の期待を裏切らない業務知識、スキル及び振る舞い
業務/プロジェクトのリスクを特定し必要に応じてリスクの軽減又は伝達を行う
進捗状況の報告を公式及び非公式を問わず関係者に行う
要望に応じてプリセールスも行う
