Responsibilities

各種業務アプリケーションの企画から運用、及びプロジェクトマネジメントを通して、国内外における当社の積極的な事業展開を、事業の当事者としてIT面からリードいただきます。
業務内容：

• 多岐に亘る銀行システム（顧客チャネル系／市場・決済系／情報系／勘定系等）に対して、上流工程から下流工程（企画・要件定義から、設計、開発、テスト、保守）まで一気通貫で開発実務及び・プロジェクトマネジメント業務を実施いただきます。

Requirements

必須要件：

• 下記どちらかの経験3年以上目安
  • アプリケーション開発経験(業界問わず)
  • アプリ開発プロジェクト管理経験(PMに限らずPL、PMO経験も可)
• 事業の当事者として、顧客価値創出や社会変革に挑戦したい方
• 行内・グループ会社・社外の多様なステークホルダーと共創できる方(事業会社であるため専門性の追求だけでなく、多様な業務への柔軟性が求められる。また、専門家集団にこもって脈々とスキルを磨くというより、多様な部署・職種とのコラボレーションが必要)
• 金融・IT業界の動向を能動的にキャッチアップし、社内に還元する意思のある方

歓迎要件：

• 金融系システム(アプリ)開発経験(銀行であれば尚良)
• 大規模プロジェクトにおいて、複数ステークホルダー(社内部門、参画ベンダー)に相対し、システム要件などを折衝した経験
• パッケージ製品を導入した経験(特に要件定義)
• グローバル案件経験※オフショア拠点との開発経験、グローバルパッケージ導入経験（T24、GPP等）
• アジャイル型開発経験
