General Function:
Reporting to the SCM Director, the Strategic Logistics Senior Manager will work with Warehousing and Transportation Teams to drive operational and customer excellence, implementing change and Continuous Improvement (CI) across Japan's order fulfillment network. Responsibilities include shaping and deploying the Excellence roadmap, coordinating Kaizen events, reviewing KPIs, coaching logistics associates, and conducting Zero Loss Workshops. They will also help shape the Logistics Digital Shift roadmap, develop Power BI reports, and ensure data accuracy.
