ミッション：
既存の海外代理店網の精査と、収益構造のブラックボックス化の解消
現地代理店との新規提携・ルート開拓
貨物差配(アロケーション)の最適化による、海上部門全体の利益最大化
具体的な仕事内容：
（1）海外代理店バフォーマンス管理・交渉各代理店の収益性、見積もりの妥当性、サービス品質のモニタリング
中国・東南アジア圏の代理店と運賃・条件面の交渉を実施し、不透明な費用や余分なコストを排除
（2）ネットワーク拡大・再構築コンプライアンス遵守・収益性の両面で信頼できる大手フォワーダーの発掘や乗り換え提案
中長期で協働できるパートナーとの関係構築と継続的な連携強化
