市場ニーズと車両台数に基づき、地域のスペアパーツポートフォリオを定義・管理
部品の性能、ライフサイクル、陳腐化を監視し、段階的な廃止、代替品の導入、特別キャンペーンなどの対応策を実施
グローバル製品チームと連携し、新部品の導入を支援します。使用状況や需要傾向に基づき、品揃えの最適化を図る
部品カタログおよびシステムのデータ精度を維持し、効率的な注文処理と顧客のセルフサービスを支援
収益の拡大と市場浸透を促進するため、地域におけるスペアパーツ戦略を策定・実行
部品のパフォーマンス、顧客の購買行動、市場動向を分析し、ビジネス機会とリスクを特定
支援ツール、トレーニング、業績評価を通じて、販売代理店および主要顧客をサポート
