━━Key Accountabilities━━Brand Campaign Management-Responsible for the overall execution and project management of annual Above the Line (ATL) brand campaigns.
-Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders (both global and local) and agency partners.
-Lead the development of project briefs in collaboration with internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment with the global brand strategy.
-Work closely with agencies to oversee and manage the quality of creative ideas.
-Ensure project schedules are secured and oversee their operations, quality, and delivery deadlines. Play a supervisory role to ensure campaigns run smoothly.
-Maintain close communication with the team to ensure the core message is consistently conveyed throughout the campaign and that calls-to-action (CTAs) are clearly marked.
Brand Engagement-Safeguard and promote AXA’s brand identity by ensuring all creative and communication activities adhere strictly to brand guidelines.
-Oversee and management of owned media social channels ensuring all content meets regulatory standards and enhances brand experiences.
