同社の年間ブランドキャンペーンの計画、実行、および管理を担当し、Above the Line(ATL)およびデジタルチャネル全体で一貫したブランドメッセージングと効果的なエンゲージメントの確保をおまかせします。

━━Key Accountabilities━━- Brand Campaign Management
- -Responsible for the overall execution and project management of annual Above the Line (ATL) brand campaigns.
- -Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders (both global and local) and agency partners.
- -Lead the development of project briefs in collaboration with internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment with the global brand strategy.
- -Work closely with agencies to oversee and manage the quality of creative ideas.
- -Ensure project schedules are secured and oversee their operations, quality, and delivery deadlines. Play a supervisory role to ensure campaigns run smoothly.
- -Maintain close communication with the team to ensure the core message is consistently conveyed throughout the campaign and that calls-to-action (CTAs) are clearly marked.
- Brand Engagement
- -Safeguard and promote AXA’s brand identity by ensuring all creative and communication activities adhere strictly to brand guidelines.
- -Oversee and management of owned media social channels ensuring all content meets regulatory standards and enhances brand experiences.

- Requirements

■Experience:- 5+ years of experience in account management at an advertising agency and/or client side.
- 5+ years of experience in brand marketing - taking brand identity and brand strategy for deployment in Japan.
■Skills:- Bilingual communication skills in English and Japanese.
- Experience working with global brands within a multinational company.
- Proven experience in brand marketing for global brands.
- Knowledge and experience in SNS and digital marketing.
- Understanding of project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, costs, risks, and negotiation with various stakeholders.
■Mindset- Interest in the latest advertising, technology, and marketing trends.
- Open to collaboration and aware of the interdependencies with internal and external partners to achieve business objectives
