■具体的な業務内容
日本法人における財務報告業務全般
（月次決算、連結報告、財務分析、予実管理、P/L・B/Sレビュー）
キャッシュフロー管理
（売掛金・買掛金管理、資金予測）
給与計算および法定対応業務
日本における税務対応、法定コンプライアンス、税務調査対応および税理士法人との連携
日本法人の年次グループ監査対応
稼働率・生産性・プロジェクトマージン等のオペレーション指標の管理・分析および経営層へのレポーティング

■ポジションについて
経理担当として海外子会社をはじめした事業会社支援をお任せします。
財務プラットフォーム代表として財務、会計、税務面から国内外子会社への支援を担当頂きます。
具体的には、各種社内プロジェクトへの参画や、グループ会社のガバナンス強化支援、投融資委員会の運営等に携わって頂く予定です。
■具体的な業務内容
プロジェクト支援業務国内・海外新工場建設
新規ビジネスローンチ等
ガバナンス強化業務経理業務のプロセス評価、構築、現地に赴いての据付け
投融資委員会業務国内外グループ会社における投融資案件の評価
投資後の効果測定
※海外出張は年1～3回程度 を想定。その他電話・メールがメインでオンラインMTGに英語が発生する可能性があります。また海外現地法人の担当者は日本人駐在員も、現地採用者もいます。
※今までビジネスレベルで英語を使用していなかった方でも経理の知見を活かし、英語を使ったグローバルな活躍を目指せる環境です。
■配属組織について
財務プラットフォーム全体で約50名在籍。管理職とメンバーの計2名体制。投融資委員会の業務については、他チームの方にも担って頂いています。
財務経理部全体では管理職含め約7割が中途入社であり、様々なバックグラウンドの方が活躍しています。
中途入社者が早期に部署になじめるようなオンボーディングにも力を入れています。
■働き方について
フレックス勤務とテレワークを推進しています。午前テレワーク・午後出社という働き方も可能です。育児中の社員も多数在籍しています。
来社対応やMTG時は出社も発生しますが、状況に応じてフレキシブルな働き方が実現できております。

＜海外営業＞グローバル市場のトレンドや競合分析を基に、長期的なマーケティング戦略を策定し、ビジネス目標に沿った計画を立て、計画を達成する為のPDCAを推進。
グローバル各地の販売会社・代理店を通じたお客様からのご要望に対して、関連部署と協議の上、最適な提案を実施し、受注～製作の実行～出荷・販売。
投資背景から、受注ストーリーを作成し、要望仕様の確認、仕様の取り決め、価格・納期検討、見積書作成、受注から出荷販売、収支を管理。
市場の声を集約し、機能追加、或いは次期設備への企画提案へ繋げる。
