Responsibilities

• ERMに関する規則の策定、新設、廃止
• リスク分析・リスクアセスメントの実施、リスク発生の低減に向けた行動計画の実施状況のモニタリング
• 取締役会、経営会議、リスクマネジメント関連委員会への資料作成・報告
• リスク関連各部署との連携。
• 統合報告書および有価証券報告書のリスクマネジメントセクションの作成
• 新入社員、管理職、その他関係者へのリスクマネジメント研修・教育の実施
• 各種リスクマネジメント会議・イベントへの参加

Requirements

必須条件：

• ビジネスファーム、コンサルティングファーム、または政府機関で、リスクマネジメントに関わる業務経験をお持ちの方
