配属部門：7名が在籍しています。
※週に数回ミーティングがありますが、それ以外の時間は担当業務に集中できる環境です。ハードウエアグループと協力してプロジェクトに取り組んでおり、様々な経験ができる環境です。

- 当社では現在策定中の次期中期計画(～FY2026)の達成に向け、生産技術戦略を具現化する戦略商品の立ち上げと、BCPリスク対応を中心とした複数拠点生産を実現するため、DXスキル保有人財、これからDX化のスキルを身に付けたい方を募集いたします。生産領域のDX展開加速に向け、生産準備及び量産で採取するデータの活用を進め、効率的な生産/生産準備と生産ラインの実現を目指しておりますが、新商品立ち上げの増加、複数拠点生産の実現に向けてこの領域での人材強化が喫緊の課題となっております。将来に向けた抜本的な業務改善のために、DX化による効率化や、拠点間横断での標準化施策の展開を急ピッチで進めております。
ご経験に即して、いずれかの業務を担当して頂きます。
業務内容：
新商品の組立生産準備業務全般設計3Dモデルを用いた組立性の点検、FMEA、必要な治具・設備抽出及び仕様書の作成、試作実機組立での課題抽出、工程設計、組立作業時間の見積もり、作業手順書の作成、量産工場（自社工場、取引先工場）での生産立ち上げフォロー
上記の組立生産準備に関する業務品質や生産性を向上させるためのプロセス改善
高効率生産準備の実現に向けて、DXツールを用いた自動化や半自動化のロジック立案
新商品の試作生産準備業務全般新商品品質の検証、組立から調整検査までの手順構築、必要な設備の抽出と検証を行い、組立工程の生産開始に必要な準備から量産開始後の課題への対応
生産準備段階や量産で採取しているデータを見える化、共有化し、データの分析や連携を行い、品質の早期作り込みと量産の調整や検査の削減の担当
拠点を含む業務品質や業務生産性の向上に向けたプロセス改善を検討/実行
組立/調整検査作業の自動化に向け、機械動作に適した作業手順の検討や新規開発が必要な自動機の要素技術の提案
