- 当社では、連結子会社45社・持分法適用会社15社（全て海外企業）を有しており、国際会計基準（IFRS）に準拠して連結決算を行っております。連結会計チームでは、連結決算業務に加え、決算月以外では基準の変更に伴うGroup Accounting Manualの改訂を始め、国際会計基準で求められる開示に則した情報収集方法の検討、新基準に合わせた連結パッケージの更新等の業務を行っております。また、当社グループでは、IFRSの改訂や法令改正への対応に加え、新規連結子会社の取得・設立、子会社間の合併などの案件も比較的多く発生しており、関連する会社や関連部署と密接に連携しながら、連結決算業務を行っております。今のご経験を活かしていただける範囲から戦力として携わっていただき、ゆくゆくは業務の幅を広げていただきます。今回募集するポジションでは、主に連結子会社及び持分法適用会社の連結決算業務をご担当いただきます。
業務内容：
連結決算業務担当会社の連結パッケージレビュー
担当会社の連結決算及び海外子会社の決算担当者とのコミュニケーション
決算短信、半期報告書、有価証券報告書の作成
Group Accounting Manualの改訂
国際会計基準の把握と連結パッケージへの反映
その他グループ連結決算関連事項等
連結決算業務以外東京証券取引所の上場規程に基づく適時開示書類の作成や、金融商品取引法に基づく臨時報告書の作成
上記に掲げる開示資料（有価証券報告書、半期報告書、決算短信、適時開示書類、臨時報告書）などの英訳チェック
