Responsibilities

• 当社にて、スクロール圧縮機の開発チームを率いるコンプレッサーエンジニアリング部門責任者をお任せいたします。
• APAC地域におけるスクロール／ロータリーコンプレッサーの先行開発から量産導入までのエンジニアリングを統括し、技術革新と競争力ある製品提供をリードします。HVAC向け製品のコスト・品質・納期を最適化しながら、日本・中国の複数拠点チームと予算を管理し、グローバル製品戦略にも寄与する役割です。

Requirements

必須条件：

• 圧縮機設計・製造経験（目安15年以上）
• R＆D～量産導入までのマネジメント経験（目安10年以上）
• ビジネス英語力
• 圧縮機分野での発明・特許出願経験
• 学歴：大学院／大学　卒業

歓迎条件：

• ハイサイドスクロール圧縮機の設計・製造経験
• 多文化チームでのリーダーシップ経験
