• M&A案件の企画・推進および関連部門との調整
• M&A後のPMI計画立案および実行支援

Requirements

必須条件：

• M&Aに関する一般的な知識（契約、企業価値評価など）を有し、それらを活かしてM&Aプロジェクトに貢献できる方
• ビジネスレベルの英語力

歓迎条件：

• 事業会社／投資銀行／ファンド／コンサルティングファーム等でのM&A・PMIの推進経験
