新しいデジタル銀行を設立するプロジェクトにおいて、
QAマネージャとして、日本のデジタルバンキングの未来を形作り、これまで以上に使いやすく、ユーザーフレンドリーな製品を開発していくことがミッションです。
■業務内容：
QA組織マネジメント。採用・育成を含む(複数拠点：日本、ベトナムのメンバー)
テスト戦略の策定（単体テスト・統合テスト・システムテスト、機能要件 / 非機能要件、自動化含む)
継続的な品質改善のための欠陥データ収集、測定、分析、および対策の検討
開発プロセス／テストプロセスの標準化

■働き方：
ハイブリッド勤務（週2~3日のリモートワーク可能）
フレックスタイム制
完全週休二日制（土日祝）
