Our client is a leading Japanese internet services and e-commerce company, engaged in a wide range of business areas including online shopping malls.

Responsibilities

As a lead PDM, you will work to create and maximize customer value across all services offered by client's service (hotels, rental cars, buses, packages, activity reservations).

• Lead communication with business and development members with a strong sense of ownership and release products
• Investigating and analyzing issues faced by users/partners in client's travel service, clarifying issues
• Proposal of solutions, requirements definition, product requirements definition, and creation of functional documentation
• Setting product KPIs and creating reports
• Communication, coordination, and facilitation of meetings with partners and related parties

• 強い当事者意識をもって、事業や開発のメンバーとのコミュニケーションをリードし、プロダクトをリリースする
• 同社旅行サービスにおける、ユーザー/パートナーが抱える課題調査・分析、課題の明確化
• ソリューションの提案、要件定義、プロダクト要件定義・ファンクショナルドキュメント作成
• プロダクトのKPI設定、レポート作成
• パートナー、関係各所とのコミュニケーション・調整・会議のファシリテート

Requirements

■Mandatory Qualifications：

• Product manager with an engineering background, or a strong background in UX optimization
• Experience in the travel industry and e-commerce sector

• エンジニア出身、もしくはUX改善経験のあるプロダクトマネージャー
• ECなどBtoC業界のご経験
